    Taxes can turn off businesses

    It seems that the Amazon tax really worked against the state of California as it turned off a lot of entrepreneurs and made them pull out of the market there. Now that this happened, the state would have to look for another source of revenue to improve its ailing economy.

    Such unreasonable taxes could really spurn a lot of businesses. The solution to an economic problem is definitely not another problem. Instead of creating new taxes, the government should think of ways to encourage more businesses to come in despite the recession.
